We began by roughing in new plumbing for a bathroom and levelling the sloped floor. In about 3 days, my plumber tied in
new drains and water supply to existing drains and the concrete contractor prepared and levelled the floor. At this point the existing garage was ready to be built-out into a Mother-in-Law Suite. Other options for an existing garage could be conversion for office space, storage or gameroom
at a reasonable cost.

After completing new detached garage and preparing existing
garage for conversion, a new driveway was formed and poured to tie-in new
garage and existing garage down to the street.A variety of finishes for the
driveway can be employed on the flatwork.
This is an on grade, conventionally framed, 2 - door detached
garage with 3rd bay used as work space. Exterior elements of brick wainscot and
Hardie-lap siding with conventional roof structure of architectural shingles.
The driveway below is done in picture frame and
broom finish with pressure treated expansion joints.
